All orders are sent with tracking and signature on delivery. Someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the parcel when it arrives. Please ensure you use a delivery address which is attended during normal delivery hours. In the case of Australia Post only, if no-one is home to receive the parcel, a card will be left in your letterbox and the parcel is taken to the nearest Post Office for collection. All other options will require the arrangement of a re-delivery which usually incurs an additional fee.
Delivery within Australia:
We use the following freight companies.
Australia Post Road and Express Postage

Couriers Please Road Freight
TNT Road Freight and Overnight Express
Our shopping cart software will provide a postage quote for your order and include this in your total as you go through the checkout. If the parcel is too large or too heavy to be carried by Australia Post, the calculator will ask you to call us for a quote on freight.
For single parcels of normal mail under 20kg and less than 105cm in length, we use Australia Post Eparcel or Eparcel Express. Our website postage calculator will work out the price of both options so that you can choose which you’d prefer, depending on how quickly you need the order. We will send you an update once the parcel is dispatched so that you can track the parcel.
If your order is urgent and you need it the same day in Brisbane, we are usually able to arrange that through Jet Couriers with 2 hour or 4-hour delivery options.
For multiple parcels, items over 20kg or longer than 105cm we use either Border Express or TNT Road Express. You’ll need to call us for a quote for delivery to your location for these services. If we have your email address we’ll email you a copy of the Border Express or TNT delivery schedule for your parcel.
If a parcel seems to be taking a longer time than usual to arrive with you, please use the tracking details we have sent you to locate it. If you’re unsuccessful in this, please let us know and we’ll perform a track and trace to see where it is
International Delivery:
We deliver international orders using either Australia Post Air Mail or TNT International Air Freight. Please email or call us with your order for a quote on this service.
