Here are the answers to the most common questions:
If we have stock of the item dispatch is usually the same day (except weekends we are closed), we dispatch our post from the warehouse at approx. 3:30pm Brisbane time each weekday.
The duration depends on whether you have selected Standard or Express – the shipping timeframe is determined by Australia Post:
Standard Post is approx.
Same state: 2-4 business days
Interstate: 3-6 business days
Express Post is approx.:
Same state: 1-2+ business days
Interstate: 1-3+ business days

We use Australia Post for all domestic items under the limit of:
MAX weight 22kg, MAX length 105cm and MAX dimensions of 0.25 cubic metres.
Oversized items we ship with Border Express.
If you’re local (Brisbane, QLD) we can use Couriers Please.
During store hours Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 3:30pm, we close at 4pm.
Weekends:
Because we aren’t open on Saturdays and Sundays, for a weekend hire, we ask customers to pick up on a Friday and return on the Monday before 12pm. Customer’s picking up and returning the items are only charged the 1 day hire fee for a weekend.
Please allow enough time to collect large hires.
Please enquire about this – we can arrange delivery and set-up if a staff member is available to do so but fees apply for delivery, set-ups and collection (cost depends upon day and time). For weekends it is a call out fee.
The Jukebox has the following dimensions:
- Top (Screen): 63cm x 90cm x 36cm
- Base (Speaker): 63cm x 74cm x 36cm
- Total Height: 164cm
It splits into 2 parts and fits in small vehicles if the seats can be folded and if it is empty. Smallest car we have fit it into is a Hyundai Getz.
A weekend hire is 1 day charge.

In most cases the website stock levels are correct, however sales are constantly updated and stock may vary. It is best to call us to 100% confirm if the last item is available and on the shelf.
Currently we do not stock glowsticks or LED candles. We only have a limited supply of LED novelties remaining here.
