Orders

Orders may be placed through this website, over the phone to 07 3274 2530, or by visiting our shop at Acacia Ridge in Brisbane. Paid orders, received before 12 noon on a working day, are usually posted the same day. Other orders are posted once the funds have arrived in our account.

We accept the following forms of Payment.

e-Path. Make a secure credit card payment using Visa, Mastercard or AMEX with no additional transaction fees through e-Path our secure gateway

We offer schools, P&Cs  and churches a 28 day account. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you would like this option.

To place your order, and provide your card details for payment, please call our friendly staff on 07 3274 2530 during business hours – 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 12.30pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holiday weekends.

RETURNS

We are sure that our products will meet your expectations. Should this not be the case, please contact us to request a return authorisation. Items will not be accepted without prior authorisation. An item judged, in the sole opinion of Light Up My Life, to have been returned in the same condition and packaging as that in which it was originally dispatched, will be credited for replacement or exchange. The buyer will pay the postage in both directions.

 

WARRANTY CLAIMS

We are authorised stockists for everything we sell. Each product is backed by its manufacturer’s warranty which is valid in Australia. The terms and conditions of warranties vary between brands. Please check the information that came with the product or on the manufacturer’s website for details of the warranty pertaining to your item.

You should remember to keep the original invoice as proof of purchase to speed up your claim. Many products also allow you to register the warranty online, often with extended coverage if you do so.

We will assist you to apply for the warranty claim so that your product can be replaced or repaired (whatever the manufacturer decides) as quickly as possible.
