POSTAGE and FREIGHT...

All items are checked prior to posting.

For normal mail under 22kg and less than 105cm in length, we use Couriers Please or Australia Post Eparcel. Both methods have tracking and signature required on delivery
Our website postage calculator will work out the price of your postage. We will send you an update once the parcel is despatched so that you can track the parcel.

Each eParcel has its own tracking number and its journey can be followed on line at www.auspost.com.au or couriersplease.com.au depending on the methods we use.

Someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the parcel when it arrives.

In the event that no-one's home, the postie should leave a calling card to let you know how to collect, or arrange re-delivery of your parcel.

Our shopping cart software will provide a postage quote for your order and include this in your total as you go through the check out. If the parcel is too large or too heavy to be carried by Australia Post or Couriers Please the calculator will ask you to call us for a quote on freight.

For Express Post we use either Australia Post Express or TNT Overnight express. The same tracking and signature facilities are included for this service.

For items over 22kg or longer than 105cm we use TNT Road Express or Hunter Express.

If we have your email address we'll email you a copy of the TNT or Hunter Express delivery schedule for your parcel.

If a parcel seems to be taking a longer time than usual to arrive with you, please let us know and we'll perform a track and trace to see where it is!

RETURNS

All sales are final

We do not refund or exchange items if you change your mind or if you order too many items.

Most LED and glow items will last for 6 months to 2 years although there may be some battery deterioration in that time. Glow items should be stored in a cool, dark place in their original packaging.

Should you have a problem with the quality of the goods you purchased from us, please let us know as soon as possible. We may ask you to send back a sample of the problem goods for inspection. In this case, we will provide a return number which you should quote in all correspondence about the items. If we agree that your claim is valid, we will refund or replace the faulty items and refund the postal costs you incurred to return the items to us.
